The Jain Mathematics Tournament is back with Season 3! Are you ready to take on some mathematical challenges based on Jain concepts? The problems are now available below.
Submissions will close Friday, February 18th @ 11:59 PM (midnight) ET. These problems are designed to challenge you and create a promising and rewarding experience. If you have any questions please contact us at jmt@yja.org.

Inspiration
Mathematics is the only pure subject in the world, free from passionate states. Jain scriptures have a deep root in mathematics, going as far as describing distinct infinities, a concept that wasn’t discovered until the 19th century in Europe. As a result, we should popularize a study of mathematics in the Jain context. The problems in this tournament are designed to be extremely challenging and we promise participating will be a unique experience for the YJA community!
